What it does

When installed, the agent runs a structured pre-drafting interview before a demand letter is written, such as a payment demand, breach or cure notice, cease-and-desist, employment separation or preservation demand. It asks about the parties, the facts, the legal basis, desired outcome, deadlines, prior contact, leverage, and privilege and tone choices, then saves the answers as an intake.md file that a separate demand-draft skill reads later.
