What it does

This is a set of written instructions that tells an AI assistant how to turn a large pile of legal due-diligence findings into a short briefing for a specific reader. An executive gets only the top material issues and decisions, a deal lead gets all red and yellow items with progress tables, and the working team gets full detail. When the briefing repeats, it leads with what changed since the last one. It drafts the brief and leaves sending and materiality judgments to the human lawyer.
