This skill gives an AI agent a chief product officer's playbook: how to set product vision, decide which products to invest in, maintain or kill, measure product-market fit, and structure product teams. When you ask about these topics, the agent uses the included reference guides and can run two Python scripts that score PMF from retention, engagement, satisfaction and growth figures, and classify a product portfolio using a BCG-style matrix with invest/maintain/kill recommendations.
