What it does
Once installed, the agent turns messy competitor research (pricing pages, changelogs, user reviews, sales notes) into a decision-ready strategy report. The report covers a positioning map, competitor cards, a feature comparison matrix, pricing read, UX and messaging observations, three opportunity windows, and 30/90/180-day recommended moves. It picks one of three HTML visual styles (light war-room, dark radar, or paper dossier) depending on the input, and lists evidence gaps instead of inventing numbers.
Great for
- Product managers preparing a competitive review or strategy memo
- Startup founders comparing themselves against 2-6 rivals
- Marketing or strategy teams who have collected competitor notes and need a clear summary
Skip it if
- Legal or investment decisions that rely on the output as verified fact, because the skill only uses the material you supply and does not check it against live sources
- Cases where you have no competitor data, since the report would be mostly gaps
Try asking
- “Build a competitive teardown of these three AI meeting assistants from the pricing pages and reviews I pasted”
- “Turn my sales call notes about rival tools into a positioning map and feature matrix”
- “Create a 30/90/180-day action plan from this competitor changelog summary”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Paste the actual competitor material (pricing text, feature lists, review excerpts) rather than just names, so the matrix and pricing sections have evidence.
- Name a visual style you prefer (war-room, radar, or dossier); otherwise the default war-room style is used.
- Check the Evidence gaps section first and fill in missing details before sharing the report with others.
