What it does

This skill walks a corporate lawyer through a setup interview that works out which corporate practice areas apply to them (M&A, board and secretary work, public company compliance, entity management). It then asks targeted questions for only those areas and saves the answers to a practice profile file the agent reads in later sessions. It can also seed a diligence request list and a prior issues memo, and handle per-deal context for new transactions.
