What it does

When installed, the agent helps you screen a proposed brand name or logo for obvious trademark problems before you invest in it. It asks about the mark, the goods or services, and the countries you plan to use it in, checks for intrinsic legal bars (such as being generic or merely descriptive), looks for similar marks in any connected search tools, and writes a memo listing possible conflicts. It is explicitly not a clearance opinion: it never concludes a mark is clear, and it tells you a lawyer must review it.
