What it does

This skill teaches an AI agent how to build other agent skills. Given docs, specs, or code, the agent extracts the key patterns and organizes them into a SKILL.md entrypoint with triggers, boundaries, and examples, plus optional references, scripts, and templates. It can also refactor existing skills that are too long or misfire. Bundled shell scripts can scaffold a new skill folder and validate its structure.
