What it does

This skill makes the agent act like a chief of staff for a startup founder. When you ask a business question, it decides which executive perspective (such as CFO, CTO, or CMO) should answer, or convenes a simulated multi-role board meeting for complex, high-stakes decisions. It then combines the answers into a summary showing points of agreement, named disagreements, action items with owners, and one decision point for you to make. It can also keep a log of decisions and flag when review dates pass.

Great for

  • Founders or small leadership teams who want structured advice across finance, product, tech, hiring and legal
  • Developers building or testing multi-agent advisory workflows built on SKILL.md files
  • People who want decisions framed as trade-offs rather than a single recommendation

Skip it if

  • Real legal, financial or compliance decisions: the output is generated advice from an AI playing executive roles, not reviewed by qualified professionals, so it can sound confident while being wrong
  • Companies that need verified company data: the skill says it loads company context automatically, but the files do not define where that context comes from, so answers may be generic or based on incomplete information
  • Users expecting a complete standalone product: it depends on other skills (context-engine, agent-protocol, decision-logger) referenced in the file but not included here

Try asking

  • “Should we raise now or cut burn?”
  • “Convene a board meeting on whether to pivot our pricing model and enter a new market”
  • “Route this question about hiring a VP of Engineering to the right advisors”
  • “Check my approved decisions and flag any whose review date has passed”

Get better results

  • Give concrete context up front (stage, runway, team size, revenue) so the advisor roles have something specific to work from
  • Ask for a board meeting only for decisions that are irreversible or affect several functions; single-domain questions are faster with one role
  • Review the decision log entries before relying on them, since they are written from the agent's summary of the conversation
