What it does

Normally an AI agent loses the conversation history when a session ends or moves to a new agent. This skill makes the agent write a compact handoff note that points to the relevant plans, commits, files and open questions, so a fresh agent can get oriented quickly. In the other direction, it lets the agent read a source you choose (a file, URL, pasted document, or a handoff from anywhere) and summarize where things stand, then stop and ask you how to proceed rather than acting on its own.
