What it does

When installed, the agent stops writing generic product pitches and instead builds a value case tied to a specific customer and workflow. It starts from the customer's own evidence (notes, metrics, CRM records, prior value cases), maps the workflow to value buckets like cost reduction or revenue acceleration, and labels every number as Known, Inferred, Assumed or Missing. If the data is too thin for real math, it produces a clearly labeled structural case plus a short plan for what to validate.
