What it does
Once installed, the agent can turn a topic, biography, or tutorial into an original multi-panel educational comic. It plans the story and panel layouts, writes a prompt file for each image, asks you about style and tone, and then calls an image generation tool to draw the pages. The skill includes reference notes on several art styles (such as manga, ligne claire, ink brush, chalk, minimalist, and realistic), character sheets, and preference settings.
Great for
- Teachers or students who want a visual explainer about a subject
- Writers who want a biography or tutorial told as a comic
- People who already have an image generation backend set up and want consistent comic pages
Skip it if
- Users who need a finished comic with no setup: it depends on an external image generator, which the skill does not provide, and the output quality depends on that backend
- Reproducing existing copyrighted comics or characters: the skill is for original work, and the user is responsible for rights and attribution
- Situations where exact on-image text must be correct: the skill forbids painting over generated text, so text errors may need regeneration
Try asking
- “Make a knowledge comic explaining how vaccines work in a manga style”
- “Create a biography comic about a 19th-century scientist with a ligne claire look”
- “Turn this tutorial on git branching into a tutorial comic with 6 pages”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Name the art style and tone up front so the agent asks fewer follow-up questions
- Review the saved prompt files in prompts/ before generating, since they are the reproducible record of each image
- Start with a short topic and a few pages to check the look before committing to a long comic
