It interviews you one phase at a time (foundation, strategy, market, finances, sales, marketing, product, operations, tech, people, legal, governance) and turns your answers into a structured set of markdown files, each with a type label and links between them, forming a knowledge base both people and AI agents can read. It also keeps a dashboard index and a decision log updated as you go.
