- Good to know
- Works best with files under 100 MB (the upload cap); very large files depend on your device's memory. Bookmarks and form fields are not kept in the split files. Password-protected or permission-locked PDFs can't be edited: make an unlocked copy first (open it with the password and use Print → Save as PDF).

FAQ
How do I write page ranges?
Separate items with commas. "1-3" is pages 1 to 3, "5" is a single page, "8-" means page 8 to the end and "-4" means the first four pages. In 'Split by ranges' mode each item becomes its own PDF.
How do I get every page as a separate PDF?
Choose 'Every N pages' and leave N at 1. You'll get a ZIP with one PDF per page, numbered in order.
Does splitting change the quality?
No. Pages are copied without re-compression, so text and images look exactly like the original.
