What it does

When installed, the agent works through a survey export step by step: it checks the questionnaire structure, removes low-quality responses (very fast completions, identical answers throughout, logically inconsistent answers) and records each exclusion rule. It then calculates frequencies, means and cross-tabulations by demographic groups, and groups open-text answers into themes. The results are delivered as a five-sheet Excel workbook and a 4-8 page Word report with findings and recommendations, with the limits of the sample and the difference between correlation and causation stated.
