What it does

Once installed, when you ask the agent to plan a clone of an app, it reads a feature map produced by a companion skill (replica-recon) and writes an architecture document. It picks a default modern stack with a one-line reason per choice, turns the inferred data model into Postgres SQL with indexes and access rules, lists every route by user flow, and orders the build starting with a thin end-to-end slice. It stops and asks you to run replica-recon first if no recon map exists.
