When you want to find businesses or people to sell to, this skill makes the agent work through a structured process: define your ideal customer, gather a longer candidate list, check each candidate against that definition with cited sources, and rank them. It picks one of four approaches (SaaS, general B2B, local small businesses, or early demand-signal discovery) and points to reference guides for each. Outreach copy and sending are handled by other skills.
