What it does

Once installed, the agent works as a proposal-writing specialist: it first clarifies who will read the proposal and what decision it supports, then gathers goals, constraints and alternatives, and drafts a full document. The result is a Word file with a one-page summary, a recommended option compared against alternatives, a milestone table, an itemised budget and a risks section, with unknown figures marked TBD rather than invented. It also lists the few points where the user must supply data or make a decision.

Great for

  • Professionals who need an internal project approval or solution proposal drafted quickly from rough notes
  • Teams preparing client-facing solution documents that should show quotes and delivery commitments without internal cost details
  • Anyone turning a spoken idea or brief into a reviewable document with measurable goals

Skip it if

  • Final budgets or legal, licence or compliance decisions: the skill defers these to 'subject to local rules / company policy' and does not draw conclusions, so specialist review is still needed
  • Situations where the user has no real figures and expects confident numbers: the skill intentionally avoids inventing them, so the output will contain TBD placeholders and estimates marked 'est.'

Try asking

  • “Write a project proposal from these requirements: [paste notes]”
  • “Expand this idea into a solution document ready for review”
  • “Revise our earlier proposal v1 into v2 and list the changes under decisions required”
  • “Draft a client-facing solution proposal for this renovation plan without internal margins”

Get better results

  • Provide concrete constraints up front (budget cap, timeline, headcount, compliance needs) so the goals and milestones are grounded rather than TBD-heavy.
  • State who approves the proposal and whether it is internal or client-facing, since this sets length and whether costs are shown.
  • Review the open-items list at the end and fill those gaps before sending the document to decision-makers.
