What it does

This skill guides an AI agent through the full drafting of a patent application, starting from a description of an invention. It runs a chain of steps covering prior art search, novelty checking, claims drafting, specification writing, an examiner-style review, and formatting for the chosen patent office (China CNIPA, US USPTO, or European EPO). It also tracks progress in a state file so long drafts can resume after interruption. Every stage is designed to wait for the inventor's confirmation before moving on.
