What it does

Once installed, the agent plays the interviewer for a job you name, using the job description you paste in. It asks one question at a time in a chosen round type (such as recruiter screen, behavioral, coding or system design), probes vague answers, and scores each answer against written criteria, quoting your own words. It only helps you shape answers from your real experience and marks missing details instead of inventing them. It is practice only and does not predict job offers.

Great for

  • Job seekers preparing for a specific role who want structured practice rather than free chat
  • People who want specific, quoted feedback on how they answered behavioral or technical questions
  • Users who want to rehearse a round before a real interview, not during one

Skip it if

  • Live interviews in progress: the skill declines to feed answers during a real interview, since many employers ban AI help there
  • Inventing stories or experience: the skill refuses to fabricate achievements, which would misrepresent you to an employer
  • Treating scores as a verdict: a single session is noisy and the skill says scores are coaching signals only

Try asking

  • “Mock interview me for this job: paste the job description and I'll start a behavioral round in coach mode”
  • “Run a quick recruiter screen for this role and give me scores at the end”
  • “Grill me with a system design mock for a senior backend position”
  • “Practice a case interview for a strategy consulting role”

Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Paste the full job description and, if you have one, your resume or saved stories so answers can use your real experience
  • Pick coach mode for feedback after each answer, or realistic mode for scores only at the end
  • Track several sessions of the same round type before judging trends, since one session is noisy
