What it does
This skill teaches the agent a checklist for SEO link problems. When you ask it to review a page, it looks through the page's link tags for ones that search engine crawlers cannot follow, such as empty links, javascript:void links, links with no href, and click-only elements styled as links. It reports how many of each it finds and suggests fixes, like adding real URLs or switching action-only elements to buttons.
Great for
- Front-end developers checking that navigation is crawlable before launch
- SEO or marketing staff auditing a site for indexing problems
- Teams reviewing single-page apps where menus may use click handlers instead of real links
Skip it if
- Projects that need automated link checking of live URLs, since this skill only inspects the markup it is given and does not test whether target pages respond (it has no link-checking script)
- Pages where links are deliberately JavaScript-driven and crawlability is not a goal, such as logged-in app dashboards
Try asking
- “Audit the links in this HTML page for crawlability issues and count each problem type”
- “Review my React navigation component for javascript: or missing href links”
- “Fix the href='#' anchors in this landing page and suggest real section IDs”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Paste the rendered HTML or the component code, since the skill checks markup rather than live URLs.
- Ask for the count per problem type to get a prioritised list of fixes.
- Treat the advice as a starting point; check the framework-specific guidance in references/rule.md for your stack.
