What it does
When installed, the agent answers requests for new-employee onboarding plans by producing one HTML page. The page covers a cover banner with the hire's role, start date, manager and buddy, a Day 1 schedule, a Monday-to-Friday first-week timeline, 30/60/90-day milestone cards, a resource list, and a 'You're set when' checklist. The skill only shapes the agent's output; it does not connect to any HR system.
Great for
- HR or people-ops staff who need a quick draft onboarding page for a new hire
- Managers preparing a first-week plan for a new team member
- Designers who want a styled onboarding template to adapt
Skip it if
- Real payroll, account or equipment setup, because the skill only writes a page and does not touch HR systems
- Final policy documents that need legal or company review, since the content is generic placeholder material
Try asking
- “Build a 30-day onboarding plan for a new product designer joining a 40-person startup.”
- “Make a first week plan page for a new backend engineer starting Monday.”
- “Create a new hire onboarding checklist with buddy and manager intro for a sales rep.”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Give the role, tenure length and company size in your request so the milestones fit the hire.
- Ask for the output in the language your new hires use; the triggers include Chinese terms.
- Review the generated resource names (handbook, Slack channels, payroll) and replace them with your real tools.
