What it does

Once installed, the agent asks for the purpose of your email, who the recipient is, what you need from them and by when, and which language you want. It then writes ready-to-send copy in several tones (formal, friendly, short and direct, plus a cautious version for new or senior contacts), and can produce a follow-up sequence of 3 to 4 emails spaced over about two weeks. Output is a Markdown document with subject lines, bodies and short notes on when to use each version.

Great for

  • Professionals who write frequent client, supplier or internal business emails
  • People who need to chase unpaid invoices or unanswered quotes without sounding aggressive
  • Non-native English speakers who want natural-sounding English emails
  • Anyone who wants to compare several tones before choosing one

Skip it if

  • Legal, contractual or compliance-sensitive correspondence, since the skill itself advises having the relevant team confirm such wording (the agent cannot verify it)
  • Sending emails automatically: the skill only drafts text and does not connect to any mail account
  • Situations needing facts the user has not supplied, because the skill is instructed not to invent titles, prices or past correspondence and will rely on your input

Try asking

  • “Write an English e-mail following up on a customer quote”
  • “Write three tone versions of an e-mail declining a meeting request from a supplier”
  • “Draft a follow-up sequence of four emails chasing an unpaid invoice, sent on day 3, 7 and 14”
  • “Write a bilingual reply to a partner in French and English asking for a delivery date by Friday”

Get better results

  • Give the agent the recipient's job title, the exact action you want and a real deadline; it asks for missing details in one go, so answering them all at once saves time.
  • Ask for a follow-up sequence only when you actually plan to send the emails over time, and check each suggested send trigger before using it.
  • Always check salutations, dates, attachment names and any figures before sending, as the skill itself recommends.
