What it does

Once installed, the agent drafts the legal claims section of a patent application for an invention, following jurisdiction rules for China (utility model and invention), the US, and Europe. It works from an invention disclosure file, prior art report and novelty assessment, sets independent and dependent claims in the right format, and checks them against a checklist such as antecedent basis and no results-only limitations. The skill also describes sending the draft to an external reviewer model for revision rounds.
