A 22-page logistics consultant report on warehouse capacity; COO must decide on a second warehouse lease.
Example output
Bottom line: Lease the second warehouse in Leeds before the 31 January option deadline. Without it, the report projects we'll exceed current capacity by September 2027. Why - Utilisation is at 87% and has risen about 1.5 points a month since January. ... Verification - "Will exceed capacity" overstated; the report says "is projected to, under the base-case growth assumption". Corrected.
Troubleshooting
- The summary includes background history: add 'Delete any sentence that does not affect the decision.'
Known limitations
- Long documents may exceed the context window; summarise in chunks, then summarise the summaries, and verify carefully.
